CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW/FEES/REFUND POLICY: ✨Cancellation Policy is as follows: I understand that emergencies happen and unexpected things come up. If an appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a non-refundable 50% fee of your services booked. ✨No-Show Policy is as follows: If you miss an appointment without 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a 50% no show fee of the service booked. Please understand that I schedule special time for you and without 24 hour notice, this spot can not be filled. ✨Paying fees policy is as follows: You have a week to pay your 50% cancellation fee/no-show fee if you have not paid you will be banned from booking further appointments. ✨Refund policy is as follows: NO REFUNDS after 24 hours of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with your service you will have to make arrangements to come into the salon within 24 hours of your initial service to see if anything can be done to better satisfy you. ✨Late policy is as follows: If you are 30 minutes late for your appointment you will have to reschedule your appointment for another day and a 50% NON refundable deposit will be required to reschedule. NO exceptions.
